Additional time can be purchased at a rate of $100 per hour. Add $300 to schedule on a holiday weekend. BRIDAL AND ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS Available with our indoor studio or at an outdoor location. Add to a Wedding Package for a 50% discount. FORMAL BRIDAL SESSION ~ $150.00 4 – 5 x 7 enlargements (of your choice) 1 – 8 x 10 enlargements (of your choice) Up to 60 minutes of photography time and talent Taken 3 to 6 weeks prior to your wedding. Images from this session can be used to announce wedding in the newspaper, displayed at your reception, or as a wedding gift to the groom. ENGAGEMENT SESSION ~ $150.00 4 – 5 x 7 enlargements (of your choice) 1 – 8 x 10 enlargements (of your choice) Up to 60 minutes of photography time and talent. Taken 8 to 10 weeks prior to your wedding. Images from this session can be used to post your engagement in the newspaper, included with your invitation, or displayed at your wedding. Bridal and engagement sessions can be scheduled on a weekday evening or a Sunday afternoon. Prices effective as of August 2008 & subject to change without notice GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION Half of the fee is due as soon as possible to secure the date (sorry, we cannot hold the date without a deposit). The remaining fee is due prior to the release of the CD (14 days) or album (21 days) after the wedding. We will meet once before your wedding to discuss the selection list and contract. The bride, the groom, a portrait coordinator, and the photographer should attend the meeting. The portrait coordinator could be a parent, the wedding coordinator, or a friend who will assist us, the photographers, during the portrait session on the wedding day. If at all possible, we request to be present for the ceremony rehearsal which will give us a chance to familiarize ourselves with the church layout and ceremony procession. Our service area is a 30 mile radius around Beebe 72012. Once 30 miles have been exhausted a per mile travel fee is implemented. Our per mile travel fee follows the government travel allowance. Currently the rate is .55 but is subject to change at any time and will depend on the wedding date. The travel fee is due prior to the wedding day. If needed, the wedding party is responsible for our overnight accommodations to include meals, mileage, and lodging. When planning your special day please allow at least 1½ hours for portraits. Portraits can be scheduled before and/or after the ceremony. Portraits will cease ½ hour prior to ceremony to allow guest to be seated. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
